Our coalitions and campaigns include several educational and grassroots initiatives for consumers and health care stakeholders to stay informed and engaged on the latest developments affecting various issues and health care coverage options.



The Coalition for Medicare Choices is a national grassroots organization of more than 2 million Americans who are covered by Medicare Advantage. With coalition members in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico, the CMC advocates in support of Medicare Advantage on behalf the tens of millions of Americans 65+ and the most vulnerable Americans with disabilities who rely on the program. The Coalition for Medicare Choices and its grassroots members work with Congress to protect and strengthen the better services, better access to care, and better value that Medicare Advantage delivers.

​The Connecting to Coverage Coalition (CCC) represents a diverse collection of stakeholders partnering to minimize disruptions in health coverage associated with the resumption of state Medicaid renewals or “redeterminations” in 2023. As states return to their normal Medicaid operations, the CCC is coordinating with community leaders to ensure that people have access to trusted, reliable information that helps them enroll in health insurance coverage to protect their health and financial security.

Coverage@Work

Coverage@Work (C@W) is a campaign to educate policymakers and the public about the value employer-provided coverage delivers to nearly 180 million Americans. C@W supports and advocates for market-based solutions that advance health, choice, affordability, and value for every American.

The Campaign for Sustainable Rx Pricing (CSRxP) is a broad-based coalition of organizations leading the debate on drug pricing and efforts to advance bipartisan, market-based solutions that lower drug prices and hold pharmaceutical companies accountable. Partners include hospitals, physicians, nurses, consumers, health insurance providers, pharmacists, PBMs, and businesses. CSRxP supports reforms that restore a functioning market by increasing transparency, promoting competition and innovation, and focusing on better value for patients, not better value for pharmaceutical companies.

Keep Americans Covered is a broad-based coalition of the health care community representing patients, consumers, doctors, hospitals, health plans and employers, all working together to keep health care affordable for millions of Americans.

Keep Americans Covered is working to ensure coverage purchased through the individual health insurance marketplace remains affordable for the more than 20 million Americans who rely on it. Specifically, it is working to preserve the enhanced premium tax credits that have been in law since 2021.

The Modern Medicaid Alliance is a partnership between Americans who value Medicaid and leading advocacy organizations. Our mission is to educate policymakers and the public about the benefits of Medicaid to the American people in terms of cost savings, health outcomes, and social impact, and to highlight how Medicaid is innovating in the delivery of care – especially for America’s most vulnerable citizens – and accountability of the program.
