Jack Shamshoian is an accomplished Executive Director within the Product Growth Strategy team at CVS Healthspire™ Payor Solutions where he leads product development and management for Caremark’s Population Health and Integrated Stars Solutions. With 15 years of dedicated service at CVS, Jack has played a pivotal role in the successful launch of innovative programs such as Pharmacy Advisor, Health Advisor, and Transform Diabetes Care.

Jack earned his MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at The University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill. Before pursuing his MBA, he gained valuable experience in various roles at American Express and FleetBoston Financial. He holds a degree in Business Economics from Brown University, equipping him with a strong foundation in both analytical and strategic thinking.
