Here’s what you need to know about ÐÜèÊÓƵ2023:

  • Dr. Alex Oshmyansky, founder & CEO of Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drug Company, will take to the main stage for a keynote session on Tuesday to discuss advancing competition in the prescription drug market. Oshmyansky founded the Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drug Company after being concerned by the skyrocketing costs of generic drugs for his patients.
  • Dr. Anthony S. Fauci will also sit down on Tuesday with Co-Founder of the Coalition for Trust in Health & Science Reed Tuckson, to share his unique perspective on building back public trust in health care. Before retiring in 2022, Fauci was director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. He’s also a world-renowned infectious disease specialist and trusted advisor to seven U.S. presidents. Tuckson, meanwhile, is also the co-founder of the Black Coalition Against COVID.
  • Wednesday morning kicks off with a keynote session on women’s health in a post-Dobbs America. Alexis McGill Johnson, president and CEO of Planned Parenthood Federation of America, and Jocelyn Frye, president of the National Partnership for Women & Families, will join Tuckson on the main stage for this newsworthy and far-reaching discussion.
  • Singer-songwriter Jewel sits down with Magellan Health’s Caroline Carney for a candid discussion on building a better system for mental health. Jewel, a New York Times best-selling author, will bring her unique perspective as both a patient and an advocate deeply committed to health care’s transformation.
  • Finally, former U.S. Representative Liz Cheney will headline the closing keynote session on Thursday. Cheney served as representative for Wyoming's at-large congressional district from 2017 to 2023. She chaired the House Republican Conference, the third-highest position in the House Republican leadership, from 2019 to 2021, and served as the Vice Chair of the Select Committee investigating the violent events on January 6th at the U.S. Capitol. She will provide her insights on the importance of leadership, civility, and public service.
